Thanks for visiting Art Teacher HQ!
The vision for this website is that it will become a true art teacher “headquarters”–a resource created BY art teachers, FOR art teachers!
If you are a superhero art teacher who would like to share an art lesson you have created, or a blog post about another subject related to teaching art, please email your blog post and original photos to ArtTeacherHQ@gmail.com.
Topics can include anything from lesson plans to product comparisons or reviews, classroom management tips, classroom setup ideas, auction projects, STEAM nights and art shows, “best of” lists, and many other topics we encounter in the art room every day.
Posting guidelines:
- Please try to keep posts positive, helpful, and relevant to teaching art!
- Send original text only (please don’t copy and paste text directly from your own blog or website).
- Include your name, link to your personal blog and/or any other sites to which you would like a back link (this will appear at the bottom of the article).
- Photos must be your own photos (not property of someone else, found on Pinterest, etc.). Please crop or blur individual kiddos’ faces for privacy.
- Content may be edited if needed for length or clarity.
- Send text and photos to ArtTeacherHQ@gmail.com.
- You will receive an email back letting you know what date your post is published, along with a link to your post.
Or, let us know about a topic YOU want to read about! We look forward to hearing from you!
